Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act regarding on-line shopping

 

PRICES

All the published prices of services and products are stated in euros (€) and do not include the 22 per cent added value tax.

 

The prices are applicable from 5 March 2015 to the cancellation or issue of new prices. Services are available until the sell‑off of tendered available spots per individual tours and goods are available until the sell-off of goods.

 

The prices confirmed by the buyer upon the purchase (order) in the on-line shop apply. The purchase contract between a provider and a buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order.

 

 

When purchasing services

the buyer , pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, for contracts concluded remotely, has the right to notify the company (at the following e-mail address: rok@spiritual-bali-tour.com) that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to state the reason for this decision within 14 days of the purchase (the purchase must be carried out at least fifteen days prior to the final deadline for signing-up for a tour). The only cost burdening the consumer regarding the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of using cards which is withdrawn upon the transfer of the buyer’s money to the supplier. The latter must return all payments carried out to the buyer if the buyer withdraws from the contract.
The trader must fulfil its contractual obligations to the on-line buyer of goods or services within thirty days of the conclusion of the contract, unless the parties agree otherwise. Also stipulated by the Act is that if the company cannot fulfil its obligations because of the lack of conditions for the service to be carried out, the company must immediately inform the consumer of the situation and return to the consumer all payments carried out. The only cost burdening the consumer regarding the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of using cards which is withdrawn upon the transfer of the buyer’s money to the supplier.

 

When purchasing goods

If the buyer has already received the goods, they have the right to inform the company in writing (at the following e-mail address: rok@spiritual-bali-tour.com) within 14 days of the reception of the goods that they were withdrawing from order confirmation. The product must be sent or delivered to the company within thirty (30) days of the message that they are withdrawing from the contract undamaged, in its original packaging and in unchanged quantity at the expenses of the buyer. The company is not obliged to accept products if they are destroyed, broken (partly) lost or if their quantity has been reduced, except if this is treated as a complaint and the product had been in this condition prior to being received and the buyer/receiver immediately informed the company, delivery company or the trader from which they received the goods. The original invoice must be attached. If, according to the applicable statutory provisions and the operating conditions, the buyer communicates that they are withdrawing from the contract and returns the goods received within the statutory time limit undamaged, in its original packaging and in unchanged quantity, the company will refund the purchase price in the shortest time possible, but no later than 15 days of the reception of the returned goods.The only cost burdening the consumer regarding the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of using cards which is withdrawn upon the transfer of the buyer’s money to the supplier.

If the service or product does not suit you, even if it does not have any flaws, you have the right to a refund, but you must return the product undamaged (unused) and in unchanged quantity.

You can withdraw from the order in two ways:

•  return the product to the seller within 14 days of its reception,

•  inform the seller that you are withdrawing from the contract and then return the product within 30 days.

The seller must refund all your payments within 30 days of your withdrawal, otherwise you may claim default interest and also a contractual fine for every further 30 days of delay.

When purchasing services or goods in the on‑line shop, the buyer has the right to send an e-mail to rok@spiritual-bali-tour.com informing the company of their withdrawal from the contract within fourteen (14) days of the reception of goods. The only cost burdening the consumer regarding the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of using cards which is withdrawn upon the transfer of the buyer’s money to the supplier.

As a buyer, you are granted all rights referred to in the Consumer Protection Act. By confirming the purchase, you allow EMPIRIC GROUP, international trade and travelling Inc. to establish, keep, maintain and manage your personal data, ensuring the protection of your personal data pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, nos. 59/99, 57/01).

EMPIRIC GROUP, international trade and travelling Inc. must protect your privacy and the privacy of users of their website, as well as the privacy of the information about their buyers. The website manager must observe the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act. Personal data will be protected and will not be submitted to third parties without written consent from the buyer. By confirming the order, the buyer allows the website manager to manage their personal data for business and promotional purposes.
